Atex's safety systems are one of our strengths. Necessary for venting overpressure, Atex burst panels and non-return valves are tested and efficient safety devices. They are built to counter pressure build-up in equipment for storing or transporting flammable materials to prevent possible damage to people or property caused by the triggering of an explosion in environments with materials containing dust, liquids or mists that generate gases during the process. Our products ensure a safe working space, thanks to products such as Atex non-return valves that offer a reliable solution for isolating environments in the event of an explosion in the suction system by blocking the effect in the suction line.

The valve materials are constructed to withstand the extremely high pressures created by an explosion. Explosion-proof panels are sized according to the customer's requirements and conditions of use. We have several models of explosion panels certified according to EN 14797 that can be used in pressure or vacuum environments thanks to the use of an internal steel support grid. The resealable explosion panel, for example, is reusable compared to classic explosion panels. Used mainly inside flat surfaces in containers or silos, it can be safely closed again after overpressure. A special gasket ensures airtightness during normal operation. The vent panel must be fixed to welded frames or directly onto the equipment to be protected.
